Annual Conference

The G.O.A.'L Annual Conference, held each summer, has been organized since 1999 in South Korea.  The purpose of the G.O.A.'L Annual Conference is to provide a forum for the global Korean adoptee community to come together to share experiences, promote dialogue, and foster awareness about and related-to Korean international adoption while building and renewing friendships.

The G.O.A.'L Annual Conference brings together adopted Korean individuals from some 15-20 different countries, more than 30 different Korean adoptee associations spread over four continents, academics, adoptee support organizations, educational institutions, government officials, adoption & social welfare professionals, family members, and volunteers to discuss, develop and improve targeted post-adoption services, community and family support programs, and to promote education of and for the global adoptee community.
