Our studio apartment is located in the same officetel as the G.O.A.’L. office! Located in the heart of Seoul between Gwanghwamun and Insadong, this is a convenient place for all types of visitors.

The apartment is fully furnished and includes a private bathroom, kitchen, and laundry! Have an authentic experience of living in Seoul by staying with G.O.A.’L.

Things to keep in mind before you reserve:

• Reservations are not guaranteed. A confirmation email will be sent after the request is made. For short-term stays of less than 3 weeks, we will send a notice of confirmation no later than 30 days before the scheduled reservation.
• A maximum of 3 guests can stay in the room. An additional charge of $20 per night for the 3rd guest will be charged.
• For short-term stays, a refundable $50 safety deposit is required. If there are no issues with the room after check-out, the deposit will be refunded.
• Pets are not allowed at this accommodation.

Short-Term stays are less than 30 days.

Members: $65/per night + $50 refundable security deposit
Non-Members: $75/night + $50 refundable security deposit

For short-term stays, longer durations will be prioritized. While 1-5 day stays are allowed, they may be declined due to priority for longer stays.

Long-Term stays are 30 days or more.

Members: $45/per night + $300 per month for utilities
Non-Members: $55/night + $300 per month for utilities
