Mind Body Movement
Mind Body Movement is a six-class series with a focus on breath work and movement. Each session is an opportunity to turn inwards and connect to breath as a foundation for exploring strength building and flexibility in the body through movement.
Classes are held online via Zoom on Wednesday from 8 PM KST β 9 PM KST.

Open to current G.O.A.’L. members, whether overseas or living in Korea. Spots are limited and will be chosen on a first-come, first-served basis.
