KADTalks 2025: Living In Korea: Labor Laws and Financial Literacy in Korea

📚 In September 2025 we hosted a KADTalks: Living In Korea Session introducing Labor Laws and helping  us gain Financial Literacy.  Overseas adoptees had an opportunity to learn about Korean labor laws from So-yeon Kim of Blue Spring Law Firm and gain valuable insights on financial literacy from Jeong-hwa Kwon of the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation.

💬 Thanks to the help of  our interpreter, Myung-im Kim! A huge thank you to our interpreter, Myung-im Kim, who ensured everyone could follow along!

After the KADTalks 2025: Living In Korea: Labor Laws and Financial Literacy, we walked away with practical knowledge that helps us better navigate life in Korea — knowing our rights, understanding how to budget and manage our money, and feeling more empowered as individuals.

🙌 Thank you to our amazing presenters and everyone who joined us!
